Hi, I’m Mark, a Game Designer with 12 years of experience in the industry.
I currently work at Awe Interactive as a Quest Designer, and I also contribute towards Level & Combat Design due to my experience in those disciplines.
Previously, I was an L2 Designer at Flix Interactive, where I worked for over 3 years, specialising in Level and Combat Design. At Flix, I contributed to Sea of Thieves, Sniper Elite 5 and two unannounced AAA projects.
Before Flix, I worked as a contractor with various independent studios, shipping 4 games and contributing to several others, including SOMA and The Occupation.
As a Designer, I’m passionate about creating deep, engaging systems, especially in shooters. I focus on intentional design and player feedback, particularly the three C’s.
My expertise is in Quest, Combat and Level Design. I strive to ensure that these elements integrate seamlessly to create a strong foundation for the rest of the team to build upon and deliver the best possible player experience.
